After a resounding success in 2017, we are bringing back Cradle Country Farm's special 'Ploughman's Cheese and Truffle Toastie' Inspired by her very first appearance on Ben's Menu, Jennifer will delight your taste buds by offering you a generous slice of rustic, home baked Ciabatta covered with Ashgrove's finest cheddar, a light spread of truffle creme, all topped off with LASHINGS of Cradle Country Truffle, drizzled with a little of the very best of our Truffledore oil & grilled to perfection.

For a serious indulgence to explore the amazing aroma and taste of your special harvest - celebrate with a gastronomic truffle delight. Join us by the roaring fire in the Trufflefore for the longest of long table truffley lunches and matching Tasmanian wines.
*entrée: Cream of cauliflower and Truffle Soup with a rustic slice of crusty bread drizzled with truffle butter
*Main: Truffledore truffled pasta tossed with burnt butter, garlic, thyme and pine nuts and lashings of truffle - served with a fresh garden salad, a sprinkle of good parmesan and a slice of Tassie's finest smoked salmon or crisp prosciutto
*Something Sweet: Truffle ice cream or cheesecake topped with a truffle infused chocolate truffle, drizzled with raspberry coulis
*Something Cheesey: Our very own gooey truffledore truffled brie with house made crusty bread and delicious pickles and tasty morsels
The Truffle lunch will be held at approximately 12pm until approx 3pm - *Menu may be subject to change depending upon available local and farm grown produce

Important Hunting Information
- Please arrive on time - not early and not late!
- For biosecurity it is a requirement of entry to the truffiere that you comply with all requests regarding cleaning your footwear.
- As this is an outdoor tour, please dress according to the weather (hats, gloves, all weather coats, runners/comfortable walking shoes)
- The tour includes walking approximately 1km on gently sloping terrain.
- People with nut allergies please be aware that the tour may pass by Hazelnut trees.
- Advanced reservations are essential.
